Could anyone Rescue me from this Hell.?

Hi have you thought of trying mindful meditation, I have been trying this for the last 3 months and I think it has actually helped me.This is not religious in anyway. What it does is helps you look at life here and now rather than doing things in automatic mode. So when you wash the pots you think about how the water feels what the water looks like, how the dishes look before and after they are washed. This stops you thinking about all the things that are going round in your head. You can do this for any activity it does help. You can buy CD and book to help you.
