Would it b okay to leave a cokateil in the house for 4 days ?

Ano they need to be out their cage everyday to fly round but mine doesn't be just sits pb the top of his cage nd doesn't fly so its not like he needs to be out his cage as for food and water I will put lots in and my next door neighbour sed she would coming for 15 and talk to him .
