I would like to know what are some good nail salons in muskegon,michigan.?

i am trying to find a nail salon that does good eyebrows for cheap, like $5. this would b my first time getting them done ever but my eyebrows aren't bushy. they are thin but at the same time they are growing out of its brow frame..so i think its time to get them done. i don't want someone to make 'em even more thin..just looking for someone to get off the extra hairs. &oh, i have a natural arch already.
