Losing Weight. Something to get me motivated...?

Wii fit is very fun, I recommend it. But if you don't have it, just jogging and riding a bike around the block is helpful. Leg lifts, bicycles, and sit ups help for a tighter and flatter stomach. And, eat some fruits instead of junk food, but exercise right after to burn off the natural sugars in the fruit. Acai berries burn fat, and watermelon has A LOT of water and it tastes great. NEVER eat a piece of junk food. I've been dieting and if I eat one chip I want the whole bag plus some ice cream. If I eat a grape, it tastes yummy and I don't want junk food anymore. And for a motivation, look in the mirror and remember that all that weight will be lost soon :)
