Why does the Roblox game keep loading?

When I try to play a Roblox game on my Mac, on the Roblox app, it just brings up the loading box with the little circles and saying the odd sayings, but never actually loads. I can't see the "Running Games" either, it just doesn't show up. Any quick fix for this?
