How do i adjust the pushrods in a 94 lincoln continental?

just had the headgasket redone and didnt know i needed the pushrods replaced as well. and please no judgements!! (i.e. dont want any sayings of the tech shud have done that already, its only common sense, who wud do that, etc etc) all i ask is an answer if you cannot answer the above question, please do not comment.
