So i got acrylic nails for the first time yesterday i have a few questions....?

how long do they last? (i love them don't want them to fall off) do you think they will get in the way when i go back to work on tuesday? (i work as a two's teacher in a day care center so we are constly playing in the sand changing diapers painting... and so on. any other info would be great.
