URGENT!!!!!! Is this person a Pedo?

Is this person a pedo? I asked a question on my other account and he answered one of them and gave me his email and said I could talk to him anytime.... I thought it would be fun to email him. When I emailed him he gave me some advice and stuff but the started asking for pics... I told him that I needed to get to know him better before I would give my pics away. He said he was a fire fighter person and worked in the office fron 9pm to 9am. Everytime I wrote and email like 'Gosh its so cold here! or Do you have a country accent" he would reply "I could warm you up or Our favorite sayings here are 'save the horses ride the cowboys' All in all he seems nice I mean I told him I didn't like it when he acted to horny and he stopped and said sorry and stuff.... hmmm should I be careful with this person??? I said to him 'you sound like a pedo!!!!' he goes 'trust me Im not, but how do I know that your not' and stuff... He dosen't ask for contact details or anything.. just pictures and yeaahh... What should I do? and is he a pedo?! He said he was 19 and there is a picture of him but he looks familiar like a celebrity? but im not sure.... in his pic he has abs and stuff so yeah? It is a self taken pic...
